• Electronic extensometer: used to calculate the tensile elastic modulus. Most plastic materials have similar properties, and the extensometer is required to accurately measure the deformation. The plastic stress deformation curve usually contains a linear elastic region and a nonlinear plastic region. Very few deformations occur in the linear region, and since the modulus is measured in this region, a high-resolution extensometer is necessary.


• Fixture: We recommend using mechanical wedge clamp or pneumatic flat pushing clamp for plastic tensile test.


Large deformation measurement system: used to calculate tensile strain at break
